Lola Flores

María Dolores Flores Ruiz was born in 1923 in the southern Jerez de La Frontera and became one of Spain biggest stars ever, she was singing, dancing and acting here way through Spanish history from the fourties on, and often was called La Faraona (The Pharaoh). Married to Antonio El Pescaílla González (himself one of the founders of rumba), she got three kids, who all became artists in their own right.
